Key Duties:

• Handle AR / AP and general accounting
• Prepare monthly financial, forecast and budget reports
• Generate supplier invoices, initiate payments and reconcile supplier balances
• Prepare documents for bank payment and overall treasury functions
• Review and manage inter-company accounts reconciliation process
• Prepare GST workings and submission of GST
• Assist in financial audit
• Coordinate with different department managers to improve internal control
• Perform other ad-hoc duties

Key Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accountancy
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting (construction background preferred)
• Proficient in Sage300 would be highly advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process orders from company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada and our own website) and overseas orders.
• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including order picking, product packing, arranging deliveries, generating payment links, and updating delivery status.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., product pricing, promotions, images).
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via web chat, phone, and email.
• Address customer feedback and handle service recovery when necessary to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for packaging materials and other operational supplies.
• Place procurement orders for supplies when stock is low to prevent disruptions in operations.
• Assist in in-store operations such as picking and packing products when needed (e.g., festive seasons)
• Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Provide administrative and operations support and other ad-hoc duties as required
