PURPOSE:

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of related IT experience
• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and SCCM

Estimating:

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates, along with the final bid documents (tenders), for various types of vessels.

I. Job Purpose

The Senior IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, and fostering effective communication between business users, IT teams, and external vendors. The role includes incident management, request fulfilment, first-level IT security support, and system troubleshooting. IT Operations (85%)

Manage incident and request tickets raised by business users and ensure timely resolution.
