What does success look like for this role?

The role will be responsible for the growth of CGA enrollments and re-enrollments in Asia, driving local awareness, inquiries enrolments, and retention among our families across the region. • Support the development of CGA Asia’s growth strategy, with ownership of a marketing budget
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of local marketing, digital,l and growth campaigns
• Own the CGA Asia targets and funnel; monitor the pipeline of prospective families and report on this with an analysis of marketing touchpoints and campaign performance
• Partner with our sales team to proactively ensure prospective families are nurtured through enrolment

What skills and experience are required?

• 5+ years of experience in marketing to Mandarin-speaking countries
• Native Mandarin and fluent English verbal and written communication skills
