We are a Maritime-centric Equipment and Service Provider based in Singapore, providing marine electronics and communications equipment/services and integration services for the commercial marine and offshore industries in Singapore, Asia and Europe regions.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role of the Procurement Executive is to source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and quality for goods and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive partnership.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly and address any issues or concerns that arise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on sourcing strategies.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

* Handle Administration in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

* Perform daily Accounts Receivable (AR) functions includes send SOA & collection calls.

* Perform daily Accounts Payable (AP) functions which includes posting of Supplier invoices and preparation of payments to vendors

* Monitor & manage existing customer account details for non-payment, delayed payment & other irregularities and

reports on the status of collection.

* Handles office general functions to office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry & etc.

* Manage office inventory and ensure office supplies are sufficient & replenished

* Answer phone calls, handles incoming/outgoing mails, courier, scanning, binding, filing and other documentation

* Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

* Possess at least LCCI

* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field

* Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Works & Power-point

* Knowledge in SAP software

* Able to liaise with English & Chinese speaking relevant parties

* Able to start work immediately

5. Maintain close control over store supply of all the kitchens, ensuring adequate inventories of food items, and recipes/costing are established and updated.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and enforce food safety management system (e.g. ISO 22000, FSSC, HALAL system)

- Work closely with various departments such as Production, R&D on new products / trouble shooting

- Liaise directly with customers on quality / food safety issues

- Establish and ensure accuracy of information / documents (e.g. product specifications) provided to customer

- Follow up on machine / equipment maintenance

- Conduct suppliers / internal food safety audits and ensure product consistency

- Review and handling of customer complaint & inspection and other non-conformities

- Assess and review inspecting & testing plans, and modify for improvement if necessary

- Work closely with customers on specifications for new products and quality feedback

- Any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

- Possess at least a Diploma in Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years of QA working experience in F&B industry

- Meticulous person, with analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good interpersonal skills

As a member of the Leasing Team, you will be responsible for the leasing functions of Shopping Centres.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting/ marketing of spaces and conduct viewing of available spaces
• Assist in implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the retail mall and office space
• Negotiate new and renewal of leases with tenants
• Conduct site inspections, marketing presentations to prospective tenants and/ clients
• Account management of tenants and tenancy liaison, handling tenancy-related issues and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the leasing of retail and commercial properties.
