Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Content Marketing Strategist to join our team at JR Life Sciences, a leading local health supplement company. Details of the key responsibilities are as follows:

1. Develop high quality, engaging, and persuasive content for various platforms i.e. Social media, website, EDMs, product packaging and etc

2. Craft product benefits and descriptions and promotional copy that highlight the benefits of health supplements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines

3. Create engaging scripts for video content i.e. Product launches, lifestyle videos, social media ads and etc

4. Collaborate the marketing, sales and design team to ensure visual and written content are cohesive and aligned with brand messaging

5. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and offline channels, to boost brand awareness and drive product sales

6. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify marketing opportunities

7. Manage social media accounts by developing strategies to increase engagement and followers i.e TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS, LinkedIn and etc

8. Monitor and report on campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, CTR and engagement rates

9. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers/KOLs, partners, and media outlets within the health and wellness industry

10. To aid in company’s filming whenever possible i.e. Company events, creation of brand content videos and photographies on various platforms

11. Other administrative duties and special tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years of experience in copywriting and marketing, preferably within the health and wellness industry

2. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a passion for storytelling and brand communication

3. Fluent in English & Chinese (to manage Chinese social media platforms)

4. Knowledge of marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp and etc) and social media platforms

5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

6. A team player who can collaborate easily across various departments but also work independently

Knowledge of health supplements and nutrition is a plus

Salary Package

Basic ($3200 to $3800 depending on skills and working experiences) + Incentives + Variable bonus

Job Summary

Primary responsibilities involve developing and executing sales & marketing strategies, maintain client relationships and revenue generation. Day-to-Day responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans:

• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans:

• Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including digital, social media, content, and traditional marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure all expenses stay within budget.
• Track and analyse marketing campaign performance to maximize ROI on campaign and sales efforts.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships:

• Develop and nurture long term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and trust.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Others:

• Prepare monthly reports, including revenue forecasts, performance metrics, sales reports and analysis etc.
• Work closely with various cross functional teams (e.g., logistics and finance) to ensure sales operations run smoothly.

Your background

· At least 3 years of experience in sales with demonstrated success.

· Demonstrated successful experience in making presentations and negotiating contracts with clients.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Customer focused, results oriented, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English and Mandarin.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent field.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales within the MICE or advertising industry, or equivalent.

· Proven track record of achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth.

· Good public speaking and presentation skills.

· Extroverted personality with strong networking abilities.
