Job Description

・Provide full secretarial support to the Chief Regional Officer (CRO) in Asia & Oceania Region/General Manager (GM) in his daily duties and affairs, in relation to managing the Branch Offices and subsidiaries in the Asia-Oceania region.

Procurement Executive ( 3 months contract, up to $22/hr)

Working Locaton:Orchard/Newton

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Description

• Pro-actively engage users to identify demand aggregations or other procurement levers
• Develop category strategies through spend analysis and drive strategic sourcing with users to address their procurement needs
• Provide procurement advices to users for all stages of procurement cycle
• Review tender/quotation documents to ensure that they are drafted in compliance to Instruction Manual (IM) (Procurement),policy and guidelines
• Review tender/quotation evaluations to ensure value for money, fairness and transparency and compliance with IM (Procurement) and procurement policy and guidelines
• Review post-award contract documents to ensure proper contract management and governance
• Improve outreach and facilitate dialogue among procurement community and users
• Improve the procurement processes, systems and governance framework to optimize the procurement expenditure and operational efficiency

Requirement

• Min Bachelors
• Relevant experience in procurement management and good understanding of the Government IM on Procurement will be advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with great passion for procurement are welcome to apply.
• Possess an inquisitive mind on how to derive more value from each purchase
• Good analytical, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
• Performance driven, result oriented with an attention to details and accuracy
• Have a passion for procurement work and able to adapt to changes and work well under tight deadlines
• Able to work well as team player and as an individual
• Proficiency in IT skills (eg. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

Job Summary

• Assist the Centre Supervisor in maintaining the admin systems and processes of the centre to effectively support the centre in achieving its goals and mission.
• To provide support in the admin, operational & programme functions relating to:
• Maintenance and updating of the Senior Care Centre Operations Manuals
• Licensing and accreditation – for Day Care Centre, Dementia Care Centre and Day Rehab Centre
• Reception, billing, catering, basic maintenance of centre
• Business/service development and new projects
• Organizes and runs programmes and events for clients with dementia and those who have functional decline, including organize outings for clients

Principal Accountabilities

• Maintain the centre’s operation manuals and related files and ensure that information contained therein is regularly updated.
• Establish and maintain a system for filing all essential information and circulars from government agencies such as the Ministry of Health (MOH)
• Assist in the collation of statistics and preparation of statistical documents for external parties such as the MOH and AIC
• Assist finance department to verify service and transport attendance, invoice clients monthly and submit claims MOH or other related institutions
• Assist centre Supervisor to review effectiveness of programmes implemented and ensure programmes are updated and appropriate for targeted audience.
• Documentation of activities performed and monitoring short and long outcomes of these activities.
• Assist Centre Supervisor to oversee centre-based IT related project such as providing end user needs, feedback, requirements to IT vendors and assist with trials on new systems, assist with migration of data.
• Assume other responsibilities relevant to the position as delegated from time to time, including work relating to the expansion of services and development of new services or new projects.

Additional Responsibilities

• Cover some aspect of the duties of the Admin Assistance in fees collection in his/her absence.
• Assume any other duties tasking by Centre Supervisor/ Centre Lead

Requirement

• Min Degree in any discipline from recognized instituitions
• Prior experience in doing operations or programmes in healthcare organisations will be an added advantage
