Our client, a professional institute, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as an Accounts Executive, Full Sets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR)
• Assist with the preparation of monthly reports
• Handles petty cash, and generate invoices, credit notes and official receipts.
• Liaise and handle communication between the organization and its clients.
• Handle some basic administration tasks like filing, data entry, and mail processing

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of Bookkeeping experience and/or experience in AR / AP
• Proficient in MS Office, and experience with QuickBooks and Xero preferred
