Job Responsibilities:

• Assists ICT Trainers when they’re conducting ICT lessons for students, teachers and other relevant learners. This includes ensure all operating systems and hardware are fully functional.
• Accustom to software and assist students, teachers or learners when in need such as troubleshooting minor faults and errors.
• Responsible in overseeing equipment such as signing in and signing out of loan equipment, and report faulty equipment to the person-in-charge.
• Provide technical support for school events, such as assemblies, performances etc. in ensuring all equipment are fully functional.
• Responding to and resolving technical issues related to AV systems, ensuring minimal disruption to classroom activities.

Requirements:

• Background in ICT related field of studies is required.
• Possess strong knowledge of equipment, including setting up. Troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Practical problem-solving skills for handling technical issues efficiently.
