Job Description:
ยท Develop and service new customer base
ยท Build and maintain long term business relationship with new customers
ยท Design and implement a sales plan that expands and develops companyโs customer base and ensure its strong presence
ยท Work closely with operations and production department to deliver optimal solution to the clientโs interests.
ยท Find creative/ innovative ways to address business and customer needs
ยท Conduct negotiations on delivery, payment and other necessary conditions with the clients
ยท Involve in companyโs marketing efforts
ยท Handle tough or complex customer issues by analysing said problem and suggest effective solutions in addressing customer complains/feedback
ยท Review and suggest improvements on sales policies and procedures for sales department and its subsequent implementation
ยท Assist to resolve sales operational problems and make recommendation on operational matters
ยท Bimonthly reporting of sales development, sales volume, and invoicing, gross margin and forecast figures.
ยท Provide business development and strategic insight on market segments
ยท Analyse customer data to obtain results useful in making key business decisions
ยท Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with management.
Requirements:
ยท Diploma or degree in any field
ยท Minimally 5 years of sales management experience in logistics industry
ยท Strong business sense
ยท Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
ยท Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills
ยท Able to work independently and in a team
ยท Able to work with short notice
