Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• No prior experience required, but relevant internships or 1-3 years of cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus.

Marketing Manager ( global)

Key Responsibilities

1) Lead Global and Regional New Product Development (NPD)

-Support the Group Marketing Manager in developing new products, primarily in laundry care, personal hygiene, household products, and nutrition lines.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting market research and gathering insights from local markets.

Drafting New Product Marketing briefs to meet markets requirements, marketing goals, and compliance requirements for target markets.

Overseeing product development in collaboration with the supply chain and external partners (e.g., suppliers, legal consultants).

Leading financial evaluations of NPDs, including cost analysis, working closely with sales and finance teams through to launch approval.

Handling branding and packaging design, from creating global packaging concepts and multilingual labelling (English, French, Spanish) to coordinating with design agencies or freelancers through the printing phase.

2) Manage New Product Launches

Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to establish internal product codes, barcodes, and ordering sheets.
