Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant manager in managing day to day restaurant operations, and ensure a positive outlet image
• Coordinating front and back of the house operations for smooth delivery of services
• Training / coaching of new and current staff on customer service best practices
• Managing staff training, schedules and work performance
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Respond promptly to customer complaints, suggest solutions to resolve complaints
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
• Control operations cost and identify measures to cut wastages
• Developing new and innovative processes for more efficient restaurant operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Retail Management or related field
• Proven work experience as Restaurant Manager / Hospitality Manage

About the Role

As a Senior SEO Accounts Manager, you will leverage your analytical and

problem-solving skills to develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies

Job Description:

● Account Management: Oversee and manage SEO accounts to achieve renewal

revenue targets and foster portfolio growth.

● Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact between clients and the agency for all

SEO-related matters, ensuring clear and effective communication.

● Campaign Briefs: Participate in client campaign briefs to understand their

business objectives and marketing goals.

● SEO Insights: Provide expert SEO recommendations and insights to help clients

meet their marketing objectives.

● Client Relations: Build and strengthen client relationships through regular

contact via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

● Campaign Monitoring: Monitor day-to-day campaign performance, optimizing

strategies based on results and making timely recommendations.

● Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality

services and outputs for clients.

● Performance Improvement: Review and implement initiatives to enhance

clients’ digital campaign performance.

● Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports to clients, providing insights

into campaign performance and effectiveness.

We’re Looking For You If...

● Experience: You have 2-4 years of experience in SEO or a related field.

● SEO Knowledge: You possess a strong understanding of search engine

algorithms and technical SEO.

● Tools Proficiency: You are skilled in using keyword research and data mining

tools, and familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO

tools.
