Maintains a strong service team through initiative-taking development and regular training.
Identifies commercial opportunities and works together with the Sales Engineering team to convert them.

Manages major incidents and escalations effectively.
Drives constant customer relations improvements.
Ensures that the necessary reports and records are kept.
Ensures that all activities are conducted in a safe environment according to company WHS policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor/master’s in engineering (Technical, Electrical, Mechanical) or relevant trade qualification.
Minimum 5 years in a Senior Leadership role, Operations/Maintenance Manager experience.
Singaporean, Permanent resident, or other valid local working permit required.
Background in automated handling systems, capital goods industry, or system integration business.
Fluent in English communication (verbal/written). Mandarin skills are an advantage.
A strong personality as a leader with a combination of good interpersonal & technical skills.
Entrepreneur, people manager, and good communicator, who can develop long-term business relationships and networks with customers and suppliers.
Possesses a strong customer focus and service attitude.
Strong commercial drive and ability to pursue improvement opportunities.
Experience in working with third-party service providers.
Knowledge of the management of service contracts.
Able to build, plan, and execute long-term periods (5 years).
