The SEAI FP&A Manager is a key team member of the SEAI Finance team and plays a critical role in supporting SEAI business strategies, driving performance, and keeping an overview of SEAI financials. You will be responsible for leading and managing the reporting and planning processes for the entire SEAI cluster, providing financial leadership to the growth and profitability initiatives of SEAI markets. You will work closely with SEAI Finance and SEA HQ, and be required to have strong relationship with Regional Finance and Tax/Treasury/GTAAS. YOUR NEW JOB

• Provide sales & post-sales policy support to Sales Consultants.
• Prepare highlights, quotes, and insurer illustrations for Sales Consultants’ meetings.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and proper documentation in the CRM.
• Coordinate pre-case tasks, including medical bookings, KYC documentation, and insurer applications.
• Manage new business submissions and collaborate with Sales Consultants until policy inception.
• Oversee monthly reporting to the bank.
• Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders promptly.
• Perform occasional ad-hoc tasks within the Sales Operations Department as assigned.
