Curaden AG, the product owner of Curaprox Swiss Premium Oral Care is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee and execute the company sales and marketing in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans in alignment with business objectives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share and revenue.
• Supervise and coach the sales team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor sales activities, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key customers & partners to drive sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to build brand awareness and drive leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content, promotional materials, and digital marketing efforts.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.

Team Leadership and Coordination

• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s skills in sales techniques, customer engagement, and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with business objectives.

Data and Reporting

• Track and analyze key performance metrics for sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market insights.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve processes.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

· Proven track record of success in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry is a significant advantage.

· Experience in digital trade, e-commerce, or omnichannel sales strategies.

· Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and marketing principles.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficient in CRM software and marketing tools

· Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve company goals.

· Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Job Description

• Actively promote company training programs and facilities management services to potential clients
• Able to work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
• Responsible for running campaigns to attract people to the business' brand, product or service
• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
• Monthly sales quota and performance required to achieve
• Involve in events such as road show or virtual | online events

Job Requirement

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent practical experience
• At least 1 year working experience
• Familiarity and creativity in social-media content creation will be a bonus
• Preferred with information technology (IT) work related experience
• 6 Days work week
• Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm and Sat or Sun: 9am-6pm | 2pm-9pm
• Able to join immediately
