Bio-Medical Engineer (BME)

• Develop, implement, monitor and accountable for the efficient and effective management and routine preventive maintenance of medical equipment and devices of the various departments.
• Evaluate, select and recommend contractors/vendors to ensure optimal preventive maintenance of all medical equipment and devices, including its required annual budgeting
• Undertake any other duties as and when assigned.

• Diploma or Degree holder with minimum three (3) years of working experience in Facilities Management and/or Bio-Medical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, and manage product development and involve in the end-to-end activities for new products;
• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to deliver the best product proposition;
• Collaborate with other departments such as Actuarial, Implementation and Pricing team to strategize;
• Conduct product risk assessment and share with the management on the best risk management practices;
• Prepare Product Specification (FactSheet), Product Summary cum Presentation and Policy Contract;
• Work with Business Heads for product approval documentation and business casing within the stipulated timeline;
• Responsible on the communication and drafting of product launch announcements include marketing initiatives, work with agencies and bancassurance to achieve the channel's KPIs;
• Responsible on post product launch monitoring, synthesize customer feedback, findings from user research and other market insights and distill them into the roadmaps and feature lists;
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Be the driver in providing direction and the implementation of the company’s quality system.

▪ Review statistical data, analyse and recommend changes to production processes or quality controls to prevent future occurrence.

▪ Analyse records of product returns to identify specific problems or trends over time and work with internal team to find long term fix to the problems

The Senior Quality Manager leads the Quality team. Responsibilities for this include:

• Setting the Quality culture and strategy for the Denselight, plan training strategy, direction, and priorities of the Quality team.

• The creation of the environment for the Quality team to succeed.

• Addressing any Quality issues in an appropriate manner.

• Team management activities including team personnel administration and training-related activities.
