Job Requirements:

This position is responsible for-

• Document preparation for set-up of trust structures, liaising with stakeholders for smooth implementation and timely follow-ups.
• Administration of the team such as facilitating risk reviews, tracking performance, inventory management etc.

Specific scope of work includes:-

• Prepare documentation for set-up of trust structures, submission to internal stakeholders and timely follow-up until set-up

Primary Responsibilities:

• Rostering Support: Assist the F&B Deployment Manager in overseeing the deployment team. Help in ensuring all shifts are effectively staffed, managing minor manpower gaps, and supporting in the development of contingency plans. Assist in supervising the processes for:

2. Scheduling for Inductions Programs

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Concierge team to ensure the highest quality of service experience to our guests while maintaining smooth operations.
