• Campaign Management & Reporting:
  Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and PR initiatives. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed reports on campaign results, suggesting optimizations as needed.
• Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches. Collaborate with PR agencies and influencers to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Bilingual Communication:
  Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and manage feedback in both English and Chinese (spoken and written). Maintain clear communication with influencers, media, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing social media campaigns, influencer marketing, PR efforts, and driving online sales.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Shopee.
  • Strong PR skills, including media relations, press releases, and event coordination.
  • Experience working with influencers, including influencer identification, outreach, and campaign management.
  • Strong communication skills (both spoken and written) in English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in social media advertising, content creation, and analytics tools.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills.
• Education:
  Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is a plus.
