RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Manager, Plans & Development is responsible for the sensing making of MINDS' strategic and operational environment. S/He plans, implements and reviews MINDS' medium to long term plans & initiatives. S/He is also conscientious in ascertaining and assessing relevant strategic and operational matters that might impact MINDS' business model, modus operandi and strategies, Mission and Vision.

S/He is required to conduct strategic reviews/analysis, study into areas of organisation development, and think tank pieces that will help to reframe and transform the organisation for the future.

S/He may work in various settings within MINDS that pertain directly or indirectly to the organisation's strategic and management planning processes. These could range from Workplan Seminars, Workplan Retreats, Board Meetings, Partnership Engagements, Focus Group Discussions and Senior Management Meetings.

S/He should be proactive, forward looking, conversant in systems thinking and sensitive to the strategic needs of the organisation. S/He should possess strong inter-personal communication and problem-solving skills.

Strategic Planning

• To conduct regular horizon scanning on relevant strategic and operational matters• To plan, conduct and manage FGDs (if needed) and other sensing mechanisms to gain insights, opinions and impressions of MINDS effectiveness in executing its mission
• To sense-make from the data points collected to assess the potential implications and impacts on MINDS, which are to be presented to MINDS senior management team on a regular tempo, annually• To identify key issues and potential ‘Black Swans' from the horizon scanning that could impact MINDS' Vision, Mission, Business Model and Strategic Thrusts
• Undertake evidence-based trials, experiments and projects relevant and when deem necessary for strategic planning
• Conduct research study in various areas of the organisation development (e.g. Knowledge Management, Change Management and etc.)
• Conduct strategic reviews/analysis on the effectiveness of policies and programmes for the organisation (e.g. Data collection, ERM and etc.)
• Produce Think Tank Research pieces that reframes and transform the strategic thinking for the organisation (e.g. Inclusive Living for PWIDs, Independent Living for PWIDs, Funding Models from Care to Development)

Strategic Partnership

• Liaise and collaborate with external agencies as appropriate on strategic matters to raise the standard of service delivery to clients and improve the quality of their lives

Organisation Excellence

• Study and Review into the bimonthly MINDS Monitoring Dashboard to be presented to SMM and Board
• Assist in the development and approval of MINDS Monitoring Dashboard using Data Analytics
• Review and Present MINDS Monitoring Dashboard using Data Analytics to SMM and Board

Culture Building & Planning Cycle

• To design, plan and execute MINDS' Annual Workplan Seminar

• To assist in the design, planning, execution and if needed facilitation of MINDS' management retreats

• Demonstrated experience and skills in strategic planning; analysing, framing, reframing, systems thinking, wide span of perspective, and grounded in options generation

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic planning, risk management and Occupational Health and Safety, or quality improvement

• A relevant degree qualification and/or postgraduate qualification and/or in a related field of expertise

Commissioning & Startup Manager is responsible for supporting project Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and startup operations from the home office/Virtual and will transfer to module yard upon commencement of Integration. Home office activities includes support developing detailed Pre-Commissioning and commissioning plan, integrating Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities into project schedules, Execution Readiness Preparation, preparing startup turnover packages during the engineering phase of a project, and support engineering effort such as HAZOP and model reviews.

In China Module yard, the Commissioning & Startup Manager is assigned to the Field Execution Organization in a supervisory capacity within the Topside BV Project Team and is responsible for supporting commissioning operations for the project for successful sail away. You will make day-to-day decisions in support of commissioning progress and make recommendations to project management and client regarding policy and procedure. You will be responsible for review of the project design and recommendation of changes to design so that project is safe and operable. Receives operational surveillance, administrative supervision from Project Management Team.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensures that Black & Veatch is compliant with local/national safety codes, requirements, and standards within assigned area of responsibility. Ensures the Zero Accident Philosophy is incorporated into every aspect of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start up activities. Actively participates in safety programs.

Qualification and Experience:

· MUST have 5-10 years of experience as a Commissioning Manager and Preferred candidate will have overall at least 15-20 years’ experience working on Mega projects such as LNG, FLNG, FPSO facilities.

· Experience as Commissioning/Startup Manager on LNG, FLNG, FPSO projects is preferred.

The Role:

The Senior Project Manager is the primary day-to-day contact with the Client Marcom team and works closely with their Producers, Project Managers, Image Producers, Print Production Manager, and Channel Sales Program (CSP) Managers to implement channel campaigns in Southeast Asia. This role will be a 3 to 6 months contract with possibility of extension or conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage localization of all Channel marketing materials on the agency side
• Build strong client relationships which enable a clear understanding of the client’s Channel partner structure and print vendors. Be the ‘go-to’ person for Channel Marketing asset localization and production

1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. They may directly or indirectly lead customer support teams to acheive best in class customer support. They will establish, monitor and report specific KPI’s and seek to improve short falls. In addition, the CSM will ensure that customer support staff in all APAC regions are compliant to required procedures and performing to KPI targets.

The CSM is responsible for working with the APAC Aerospace General Manager (GM) and local regional management to establish a team that is capable of providing and achieving outstanding customer service.

The CSM is responsible for customer order management of selected customers as well as the aerospace customer order management process in APAC. This includes communication and coordination throughout the entire supply chain to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

The CSM is responsible for supporting customer service, Sales Engineers, Project Engineers and Application Engineers in developing new opportunities and wherever the business needs may be.

The CSM is responsible for assisting in achieving sales and profitability goals.

2. Tasks and Responsibilities

The primary function of the CSM position is to provide the management and coordination of day-to-day operations which support customer delivery as well as the direct or indirect supervision of the customer support team members.

The CSM is also responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service and total customer satisfaction to existing and prospective customers while operating within established procedures. This includes:

· Managing orders from PO receipt to delivery for local customers

· Leading the Customer Support team: Train, teach, coach, monitor, plan and review. Strategize and communicate annual targets.

· Reporting Customer Support team performance & capacity and make recommendations for improvement

· Assist the Aerospace team in scaling to grow, which may include recruitment and retention of Customer Support staff

· Develop and continuously improve the customer support team

· Make recommendations to the Business Process Managers (BPM) to improve internal processes.

· Develop and implement procedures to ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently, correct and on time.

· Assist in monitoring and improving sales growth and profitability

· Answer customer inquiries regarding delivery status

· Quote standard products to customers and follow up on quotations

· Ensure full compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures including Order Management, Quality Procedures, and overall Quality Management Systems

· Develop work instructions for customer specific delivery requirements. Train and cross training staff accordingly.

· Represent the Hub in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement efforts in operations, quality, supply chain or other.

· Assist the Hub with quality related issues.

· Assist other business support functions in drive improvements

· Proactive communication, analysis and problem solving

· Work with the right sense of urgency: Response times, flexibility and accuracy

· Report monthly, quarterly and annually to the GM on various KPI’s and targets

· Assist the GM in management reviews, business reviews and business plans

. Execute contract reviews per AS standards and local procedures on time.

. Match customer orders with supplier deliveries to meet/exceed OTD targets.

. Resolve customer complaints through proactive internal/external communication.

. Source/purchase products from internal/third-party suppliers as needed.

Communication

. Communicate and address changes in customer demand across the organization.

. Collaborate with Hub, SCM, PM, and Factory to align with KPIs

. Resolve and negotiate delivery schedule issues.

3. Education and Experience

· 4 to 5 years’ experience in a customer service position

· Management/Leadership experience

· 4-year degree

· Knowledge of basic business sales and marketing practices

· Knowledge of supply chain processes and practices

· Experience with ERP software systems (JDE preferred)

Other Experience (beneficial but not required):

· Knowledge of aerospace products

· Familiarity with AS9100 quality requirements is beneficial

· Familiarity with technical prints (general comprehension)

Operations and Administration Responsibilities

• Companies & Funds: Oversee documentation for new incorporations and fund establishments; support ongoing maintenance of companies and funds; review subscription and redemption agreements; maintain books and records; manage fund subscriptions and redemptions; coordinate Board and Investment Committee meetings, minutes, and resolutions; and handle annual corporate secretarial updates.
• Banks & Brokerages: Manage accounts with banks and brokerages, including account openings, responding to bank inquiries, and conducting regular reviews.
• Information Technology: Supervise IT service providers to implement security features, perform backups, and maintain websites.
• Commercial: Oversee the purchase and sale of real assets, maintain inventory lists, and manage valuations.
