What you’ll do

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Marketing and Operations Manager to lead our operations while also contributing to our mission by coaching swimming lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Operations

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the swimming school and its programs.
• Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and community outreach.
• Coordinate scheduling of classes, events, and instructor assignments.
• Oversee daily operations, including ensuring pool maintenance, compliance with safety regulations, and inventory management.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and enrollment processes.

Coaching

• Conduct swimming lessons for students of various age groups and abilities.
• Tailor lessons to individual and group needs, fostering a positive learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by following water safety protocols.
• Track and report on students' progress to parents and guardians.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for teaching swimming and working with individuals of all ages.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience coaching or teaching children, including those with special needs.
• Expereince With competitive swimming in the past
• Proficiency in creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or scheduling software.

Job Duties

• Handle tuition and university applications enquiries, present our programmes, match appropriate tutors and mentors.
• Generate leads through marketing and networking on social media platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Collaborate with tutors to design and market niche education courses and curriculum
• Design marketing materials (Emails, Webinars, Posters, Social Media, Brochures etc.)
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients
• Conduct sales presentations/webinars to potential clients, including online and in-person meetings
• Close deals to drive enrollment in our academic programs
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies/partners and clients to boost sales
• Handle VIP High-Networth students and parents on an academic butler basis

Job Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in relevant field

• Preferably >2 years experience in related industries

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Strong time management and organisation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (Command of Korean and Japanese are welcomed as well) as we have Chinese, Korean and Japanese customers whom prefer conversations in their native languages.

• Knowledge of Canvas, Chatgpt, Tik-Tok, Instagram, Wechat, Xiaohongshu, Google Ad, Google Review

• Knowledge of University Admissions in US/UK/Singapore/Australia/Hong Kong/China

Additional Details

Salary: $4500-7000 per month. Additional performance and team bonuses apply.
