Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong strategic planning, analytical, and execution skills.
4. Proficiency in brand building, digital marketing tools, and promotional methods.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
6. Fluency in English is required; familiarity with international markets is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer engagement through campaigns and programs, including Rewards Catalogue, promotions, and exclusive events.
• Plan and execute events to increase footfall and sales, managing the entire process from planning to post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop new offerings for the Rewards Catalogue.
• Support sales, marketing, and onboarding efforts for eVouchers and monetization strategies.
• Manage the EDM marketing calendar and performance marketing efforts in collaboration with agencies.
• Coordinate CRM EDM needs with business units and implement data-driven marketing initiatives to drive member footfall and spending.
• Handle digital engagement with members across EDM, SMS, website, in-app, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Set up and manage campaigns using CRM systems and campaign tools. Experience with platforms like Session M, Braze, and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
• Assist in marketing operations, business development, and growing loyalty programs, including campaign management, tenant marketing, onboarding, billing, and customer service.
