As the APAC Field Marketing Director – you will be focused on the entire APAC region and be part of the Global Field Marketing team. The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Senior Marketing Executive & Marketing Executive to develop and execute 360 marketing strategies that cover all aspects of the brand's marketing efforts. The Gallery Associate (Sales & Marketing) will be based at our Paragon store and/or at Tanjong Pagar Distripark space. He/She will be responsible for driving the sales of artworks represented by the gallery and maintain good relationship with the clients besides planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Engage clients who are interested in the artworks and follow up on their queries,
• Prepare all administrative support for sales, including but not limited to preparation of price list, exhibition label, exhibition kit, artwork listings, invoice, agreements, etc,
• Manage all incoming calls and messages to the gallery phone and reply to enquiries in a timely manner,
• Maintain an effective database of clients who maybe interested in the works,
• Work closely with the Gallery Manager for all sales, consignments, loans and exhibition-related activities, including arranging client viewings, handling pre- and post-sales activities,
• Create and execute tailored marketing communications plans in support of central marketing initiatives,
• Development, drafting and production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, event invitations, client collaterals, press releases, web content,
• Develop, communicate, and coordinate marketing calendar with internal business partners – including social media postings pipeline,
• Develop video and other digital channels to develop key messages and scripts where relevant,
