KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Work with key stakeholders and business sponsors to address business initiatives according to priority and work out the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Collect business requirements, create and manage the product backlog and prioritize the features based on the business value and customer feedback.
• Manage the end-to-end project cycle, including developing business cases/charters, project plans, timelines, resource mobilization, cost and benefit analysis, risk mitigation, execution monitoring, and progress reporting/communication.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, or similar role in the financial industry. Insurance domain knowledge will be a plus.
• Strong experience for common data model design and data as service
• Good experience using business intelligence tools and grasp of data visualization best practices.

Position Overview:

The Dorm Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential dormitory, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment for residents. This role includes managing dormitory facilities, enforcing policies, supporting resident needs, and fostering a sense of community.
