Job Responsibilities: -

• Assist the TMM / HOTM in the development of trade promotions for each key account and trade channel. Ensure these strategies are in tandem with the positioning and potential of the accounts / channels.
• Acquire category analysis and data analytics skills and knowledge with the frequent use of Advisor (AC Nielsen Retail Audit) to identify distribution gaps, channel development opportunities for each of key retailers in the assigned categories and brand portfolio.
• Assist the TMM / HOTM to monitor competitive activities and submit monthly report to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in the various trade sectors, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future referencing purposes
• Work with Demand Planner to monitor and improve category forecast sales by channel & chain in accordance to the monthly schedule for sales forecast submission.
• Assist TMM / HOTM to liaise, highlight and discuss sales forecast gaps and opportunities with Key Account Manager.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these promotions meet the Company’ objectives.
• Interact with Sales & Marketing regarding deadlines / lead time required for promotions, pack / price changes, new products, etc in order to ensure effective implementation.
• Ensure the sales teams adhere to internal pricing guidelines for promotion activities for your assigned product categories and manage promotion calendars for advertised offers.
• To support new product launches via new distribution tracking, planograms, secondary display and etc.
• Any other duties assigned by the direct and upper supervisors.

Requirements: –

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Management
• Relevant experience: minimum 1 year of Trade Marketing or Category experience in FMCG environment.
• Relevant exposure 1 year experience in Marketing or Sales function can be considered for the role.
• Strong Interpersonal & Analytical skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools.
• Must be good with numbers.

Key Responsibilities / Areas of Accountability

Australia

· Coordinate the execution of eCommerce campaign email marketing activity for all websites (EDM full flow)

· Assisting with the Meyer brand sites for Singapore & Australia which comprises of pricing checks, loading in new content and reviewing sales with the Ecommerce Specialist

· Assist in site campaign content changes including merchandising promotional products to the top of the collection pages.

· Other duties as reasonably required

Singapore

· Assist in maintaining, updating and listing of products on various ecommerce marketplace platforms (e.g. new products/updated content copy).

· Assist in maintaining inventory and stocks in all ecommerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, HipVan, Robinsons, Amazon.

· Review and cross-check content copy, pricing and ensure information accuracy across all online channels.

· Upload monthly social media posts based on social media calendar. (Meyer and Circulon)

General

Qualifications

· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not necessary

Technical Skills

· Basic understanding of Ecommerce protocols (SEO, HTML, CRM)

· Basic understanding of Google Suite – Analytics & Ads

· Basic Microsoft Suite competency

· Experience using ERP (Shopify) and email marketing platform (Klaviyo) preferred

· Familiar marketplace platforms - Shopee, Lazada, etc.

Experience

· 1 year Ecommerce experience preferred but not necessary

· Experience working in a fast paced environment

· Collaboration experience working with different people
