Position Overview:

As a Datacenter Infrastructure Field Application Engineer or Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and driving the sales of solutions within the datacenter infrastructure field. In this role, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, and other technical personnel to ensure the successful deployment and integration of CDU/Cooling systems in datacenter environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in CDU/Cooling Solutions: Possess in-depth knowledge of Data Center products, solutions, and services, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements related to datacenter infrastructure.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to participate in customer meetings and presentations, understanding customer needs, and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Technical Consultation: Engage in technical discussions with customers to understand their datacenter infrastructure requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Solution Design and Proposal: Create detailed technical proposals and designs that address customer requirements, including system configurations, power distribution, backup options, and monitoring capabilities.
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure the successful implementation and commissioning of systems in datacenter environments. Provide technical guidance and coordinate tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstration and Training: Conduct technical demonstrations and training sessions for customers and sales teams to showcase the capabilities and benefits of solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their technical queries, providing post-sales support, and proactively identifying opportunities for additional solutions and services.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to datacenter infrastructure, power distribution, and systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience as a Field Application Engineer, Presales Engineer, or a similar role within the datacenter infrastructure industry, with a focus on CDU/Cooling solutions and power management. Experience in supporting sales teams and customers is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
• Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer requirements, propose effective solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong technical expertise in full-stack development and software architecture. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while driving technical excellence across the team. This individual will work with leads to contribute to architectural decisions and implement best practices to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable applications.

Project Coordination

Lead complex development initiatives and feature implementations, ensuring adherence to sprint timelines, technical scope, and product requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, QA, DevOps, and other developers to align on technical solutions and deliverables.

Technical Leadership:

Provide deep technical expertise in software development, helping solve complex coding challenges and ensuring engineering best practices. Act as a mentor for junior developers, leading code reviews, and fostering technical excellence through knowledge sharing.

Cybersecurity Oversight:

Implement secure coding practices and maintain security standards in development. Conduct security reviews of code, identify potential vulnerabilities, and ensure the implementation of security best practices across applications.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as technical point of contact during sprint meetings and technical discussions, ensuring clear communication of technical constraints, possibilities, and updates to product managers and other stakeholders. Provide L3 support and serve as the escalation point for critical project issues.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Debug and resolve complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and provide solutions for technical challenges. Lead technical incident response for production issues and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications.

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Strong understanding and experience in software development lifecycle

proficiency in relevant programming languages (PHP, Typescript, Python)

Experience on Three.js/WebXR or other rendering & visualization libraries.
