As a Technical Engineer and Consultant, you will be playing a hybrid role at OTRS ASIA:

on the one hand, you’re holding a decisive role as an expert in our technical support team – you are an important go-to-person for service requests and support OTRS customers as a competent point of contact and solution finder. This is you:

• Preferably, you are living in Singapore (with valid residency status) or at least the Singaporean time zone.
• You speak business-fluent English. Mandarin, Malay or other regional spoken languages are a plus.

• Provide strong technical expertise and ability to lead and mentor a team of 1 to 2 junior developers in the technical design and development of assigned application
