As a Test Engineer, your primary purpose is to drive quality, yield, and productivity improvements. You will manage the new product release to manufacturing and address any problems affecting the smooth operation of parts. You are responsible for all testing activities related to the transfer of new testers from the design center to the manufacturing plant, including working with the design team to qualify new test systems and propose test limits. Your role also involves sourcing and assembling tester components locally, setting up, and debugging test software and hardware.

Our Team

You will be part of the Data-Com and Specialty Solutions Division, reporting to a Senior Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Department Manager. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a variety of contacts, including assembly subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, QA Engineers, and Product Design Engineers. This teamwork ensures the seamless integration of innovative solutions and product designs in production processes.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for all testing activities related to new tester transfer from design center to manufacturing plant. Work with design team qualifying new test system, proposing test limit.
• Sourcing, assembling all tester components locally, set up and debugging test software and hardware.
• Tester maintenance for on-line/off-line High-Performance testers, Cirris, BERT, OCR, Robert, etc.
• Perform electrical testing, high speed tester support used in the manufacturing of High-Speed cable assemblies based on standards such as Ethernet, Infiniband, Fibre Channel, PCIe, SAS, SATA, etc.
• Integration of custom designed circuit boards and mechanical fixtures with off-the-shelf test equipment such as digital sampling oscilloscopes, TDR modules and network analyzers.
• Integrate software upgrades into high-speed test systems. Work closely with design centers on software improvement feedback to improvise the system for better solutions.
• Perform electrical testing of High-Speed cable assemblies, analyze test data using statistical modeling tools, identify critical to quality aspects of product design and manufacturing process, perform root cause / corrective action analysis, and provide reports to summarize findings.
• Work closely with multifunctional teams to upgrade globally deployable automated production test systems for cable assembly products. Maintain records for project execution, schedule, and budget. System design includes activities such as mechanical fixture design, PCB design, hardware integration, software development, system documentation, performance testing and characterization, etc.
• Create and execute test plans, conduct software reviews, perform system verification and validation, analyze, and resolve failure modes and document the results.
• Create product and test system documentation, specification, and work instructions
• Introduction of new solutions / technologies in the design of production processes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Possess a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Systems, or Computer fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with test equipment and measuring instruments.
• Proficient in compiled programming languages such as C/C++ or VB/C# within the Microsoft .NET framework.
• Skilled in using scripted programming languages like Python.
• Strong analytical ability to apply logical reasoning, test assumptions, observe results, and make corrections.

What Will Put You Ahead

• 2-5 years of progressive engineering experience with a robust understanding of high-speed testing and design.
• Extensive experience with RF/microwave test and measurement equipment such as digital sampling oscilloscopes, TDR modules, and network analyzers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cutting-edge research in large language models, translating theoretical algorithms, frameworks, and methodologies into practical, working prototypes that demonstrate potential product applications.
• Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to design and implement system architectures and software solutions that transition research findings into scalable, deployable products.
• Develop and build tools and frameworks to facilitate the transfer of LLM capabilities to industry partners, showcasing the practical value and impact of the research outcomes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including white papers, presentations, and tutorials, to disseminate knowledge to a broader audience and enhance overall expertise in these emerging areas.
• Engage with international research communities and partners to stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine unlearning, contributing to discussions, collaborations, and initiatives that elevate Singapore’s position in the global AI and privacy research landscape.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Masters’s degree in computer science/ engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python is a must. Experience with other programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Go, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, is highly advantageous.
• Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs), including tasks such as data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques, including knowledge graphs, machine unlearning, and AI testing.
• Proficiency in working with common Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS) and familiarity with shell scripting and command-line tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a must.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools.
• Experience in developing ML systems from end to end, including data exploration, feature engineering, model training/evaluation will be advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Understand the product requirement and create SOC system level architecture according to the requirement.

· Understand the use case and create system level test plan.

· Define design specification for new hardware modules, together with IC design engineer.

· Work with IC design engineers to resolve the issues during design phase and qualify the design.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Responsible for controlling Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, and FDA requirements.
• Understanding IPC requirements in PCB assembly and quality standards for various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.

Job Description

We are looking for Senior/Staff Software Engineers to grow our Edge AI & Systems software team to the next level. This team works within the larger ASIC team to architect and enhance Neural Network solutions in the Video Processor roadmap including these current and older products:

This position works in a smaller team that specifies, develops and delivers the toolchain that allows our customers and partners to develop or port AI models to run optimally on our Neural Processing Units.

Responsibilities

• Specify and develop new toolchain features for existing and new NPU architectures, working with the inference engine sub-team
• Enhance, maintain and support existing toolchain features, and modify model network layers for NPU optimality, working with the application engineering teams and sometimes customers/partners.
• Constantly improve productivity through automation in all areas

Skills

• Strong Python class based product development skills based on knowledge of design patterns
• Strong understanding of all aspects of a compiler and related development and debugging technologies, code generation, program analysis, and pipeline optimizations
• Good communication, collaboration, task estimation & reporting, CI/CD via tools such as Confluence, Git, JIRA etc.
• Familiarity with the following is a plus:
• Deep Learning compilers like TVM
• Deep Learning framework - PyTorch
• Eclipse development for toolchain frontend
