Design genset skidbase, fuel tanks, canopy enclosure according to customer specifications.
Provide engineering, manufacturing and project management support.
Responsible for design layout, detail drawing and design calculation.
Plans own activity within the project, records and monitor cost.
To check GA and production drawing before releasing the drawing to customer and production.
Monitor & Ensure drawing / design document are updated and save in database.
Involve in design review, verification and validation assigned.
Monitor design department work progress.
Validate production drawing provided.
Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experienced in generator manufacturing industrial would be an advantage.
Drafting with design experience for generator set / machines assembly in SOLIDWORKS

Responsibilities

• Plan and co-ordinate on the project progress and schedule and ensure timely completion
• Attend project meeting and report on project status
• Prepare project budget and cost estimation
• Co-ordination of hookup and monitor of tools installations schedule
• Manage, control and monitor all project activities such as design, testing and commissioning of project

Competency Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Familiarity with semi-conductor/construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedure (PQR/WPS) will be an added advantage
• Multi-tasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Attended QEHS related awareness training

Job Descriptions

• Understand the drawings and job specifications; Draft method statements on the assigned tasks and seek approval from supervisor.
• Plan and order for equipment and material required on the tasks; Seek client approvals (as and when required) on time to minimise delays.
• Prepare the ITP (inspection and test plan) documents, job hazard analysis (JHA) and risk assessment report for the assigned tasks in consultation with supervisor.
• Liaise and coordinate with all respective Utilities Agencies.
• Plan and monitor all utility diversion works.
• Coordination with the site team and the various utilities agencies on the management of Utilities, diversions, temporary/permanent supports etc.
• Monitor progress against the program milestones for on-time completion; Monitor production rate and provide feedback to supervisor on resource allocation.
• Check workmanship and quality against specifications in drawings and ITP requirements; Perform other quality tests as required.
• Provide inputs to supervisor to minimise wastage and optimise material/labour costs;
• Salary Range: $4800 - $5000 (Based on Experience)

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing utilities diversion, planning and construction works.
• Independent and able to work with multiple stakeholders.

• Responsible to service and deploy the innovative telemetry Solutions in marine applications.

Responsibilities:

• Create clear and attainable project plan, objectives and build project requirements
• Good in managing project constraints such as projects scope, time, budget and quality
• Active in communication such as status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team
• Able to troubleshoot, investigate and provide service and evaluation on those technical issues arise
• Ensure the projects are delivered within budget, on schedule and within scope to meet all requirements for the stakeholders
• Select the right electrical and mechanical components used in a project
• Propose electrical circuit and mechanical units required for a project
• Propose solutions based on GA, P&ID and vessel details that provided by customer.
• Provide remote service support to customer.
• Produce well written and analytical technical report for presentation
• Constant sourcing of qualified contractors and service agent in the region

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Marine or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in testing and commissioning products in the marine, offshore and oil & gas industry.
• Knowledge in fuel line piping and flow computing.
• Knowledge in PLC, HMI, marine communications, IT networking and common industrial protocol will be an advantage
• Experience in managing local and overseas project
• Frequent travel to monitor projects overseas in remote area and in the marine environments.
• Aptitude to acquire new skills, technical and product knowledge.
• Strong analytical, project management and strategic thinking skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
