Familiar with the specifications of at least one commonly used international classification society, and understand the requirements of the specifications for the layout and installation of electrical equipment and cables;
Familiar with commonly used international conventions such as IMO SOLASCOLREG;
Understand the upstream design and process design process, and understand the detailed electrical design drawings;
Understand the basic requirements and system-related knowledge of other professional layouts such as piping, machinery, and outfitting;

Job Descriptions:

• Assist the Project Engineer and Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all works on the site.
• Monitor & co-ordinate the works with supervisors.
• Handling of technical and engineering problems.
• Assist in planning, programming and monitoring of construction works progress.
• Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimise environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
• Take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
• Preferably Degree be recognized by Board of Engineers.
• Minimum 3 yrs experience in Residential Construction Industry.
