· Ensure thorough understanding of project terms and requirements.
· Review detailed drawings, and provide technical advice on practical design and construction.
· Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
· Prepare, update and maintain document summary or the necessary documents for projects.
· Prepare and submit the required engineering reports, documents, and drawings to the relevant authorities for approval.
· Update, manage and compile schedules of assigned projects with accurate data and report to the manager.
· Interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
· Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project participants to provide assistance and support, to meet delivery timeline, optimize cost efficiency and meet customer specification.
· Feedback on workflow issues to manager in order to enhance efficiency and productivity.
· Manage all expected / unexpected change orders or deviations during project execution.
· Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
· Any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
