Responsibilities
• In-charge of both in-house and on-site application customer evaluation support of wedge bonding, knowledge of ball bonding is an added advantage.
• Provide direct customer on-site application support to optimize bonding parameters using DOE techniques.
• Assist corporate in-house product development and improvement projects related to bonding tools.
• Generate engineering evaluation report.
• Handle laboratory equipment & analytical tools independently with minimum assistance

Requirements
• Ability to provide hands-on application support.
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
