• Design and implement Automation and/or Digital solutions to support and optimize Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing operations.

• Preferably have experience with Wind Farm T&I.
• Familiar with offshore industrial standards and codes.

Job Description

1. Perform research in the following areas:

a. Global performance analysis, and/or

b. Global structural response analysis

2. Assist in conducting physical model tests, field experiments and numerical simulations to support the development of integrated physical-numerical modelling and simulations.

3. Collaborate with industry partners, affiliated research institutes and other relevant stakeholders to contribute to grant proposals for research funding consistent with the strategic goals of TCOMS.

4. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Applied Mathematics or other related disciplines.

· Preferably having relevant research/industry experience with competent knowledge in some of the following areas: Offshore engineering, marine engineering, hydrodynamics, naval architecture and ocean engineering.

· At least 5 years of experience

· Prior knowledge in the following numerical methods/software/programming languages will be an advantage:

o CAD software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD

o Engineering tools such as WAMIT, SESAM and OrcaFlex

o Finite Element analysis tools such as SESAM, ABAQUS, Ansys

o Programming codes such as FORTRAN, Python, MATLAB, C++ or equivalent.

· Good interpersonal and communications skills.

· Ability to adapt and work effectively as members of a team.

· Good command of written and spoken language.

· Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and writing of qualification related documentation but not limited to Qualification Plan and IQ, OQ, PQ and ERES Test Scripts for QC laboratory equipment (lab bench and CSV system)
• Responsible for overseeing execution of but not limited to IQ, OQ, PQ and ERES Test Scripts of QC laboratory equipment (lab bench and CSV system) and test script for new equipment deployments.
• Manage and maintain the progress tracking matrix on document generation, qualification execution, document review and approval. Escalate the issue/delay to management team.
• Coordinate and manage deviation to be initiated, assessed and closed out in timely manner.
• Responsible for stakeholder management including coordination with QC lab team on equipment availability for qualification activity.
• Responsible for all other activities related to qualification activities but not limited to change control, tag out, PM/Calibration program, equipment configuration, SOP generation.
• Work with IT team to develop the CSPECs, ERES etc to fulfill Part 11 requirement.
• Responsible for managing computerized system validation lifecycle data integrity portion and risk assessment.
• Handover and coordination post LEQ execution to QC lab
• Any other task as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

About You:

• Bachelor in Engineering, Sciences, Business, Information Systems or equivalent. Min 5 years of experience in QC Lab Equipment Qualification in pharma or biotech facility.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a pharma or biotech facility
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Must be a self-starter, fast learner, curious with strong analytical and organizational skills

Experience:

• QC Lab Equipment Qualification: 5 years (Preferred)
• Pharmaceutical Industry: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and Instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Implement and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for electrical and instrumentation related tasks with focus on safety.
• Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, record and report.
• Implement reliability programs and develop maintenance procedures for instrumentation & electrical equipment to facilitate consistent execution of maintenance tasks.
• Investigate instrument & electrical equipment failures or malfunctions in order to identify root causes of problems as well as recommend and implement solutions.
• Identify and maintain an optimum level of electrical spares and drives to reduce plant downtime, take drive parameters back up and need to maintain.
• Ensure systematic documentation of Maintenance Procedures and Risk Assessments, SLD, E&I related and maintenance records for troubleshooting purpose.
• Update and control of Electrical specification, procedure and drawings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation / Maintenance Engineering.
• Min 3 years of working experience in electrical engineering in pharmaceutical industry.
• Candidates from E&I project engineer (with brown field experience) or E&I technician (operating plant) experience will be an added advantage.

Duration : 12 months. Option to extend/convert subject to performance review.

Job Description:

•  Configure, develop and maintain vulnerability tools and platform
•  Configure and test network security appliances (eg. Firewall, Link Encryptors)
•  Perform backup and upgrade of network appliance configuration and firmware
•  Develop network security diagram
•  Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise
•  Develop and maintain technical and configuration documentation
•  Perform standby duties as required

Education / Experience:

Skill sets:

 Experience in Vulnerability Assessment tools (eg. Nesses, NVM)

 Detailed configuring one or more brands of network security equipment

 Good team player who can also carry out assignments independently

 CCNA, CCNP preferred
