Purpose and Scope

Carry out inspections as per daily maintenance schedule; attend defects, breakdowns, including the repairing of Mechanical Equipment.

• Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers to monitor quality and assess capabilities.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures for the procurement department to ensure consistent workflow processes.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• To carry out full-time site supervision as Resident Engineer as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations
