Job Responsibilities:
l Responsible for the structural design, development, and optimization of products, ensuring that the products meet functional, cost, manufacturing process, and quality requirements;
l Conduct analysis and selection of structures and materials, perform strength, stiffness, and tolerance analysis;
l Participate in the entire process from design to mass production, solving technical issues during design and production;
l Prepare and review product design-related technical documents, including drawings, BOMs, etc.;
l Follow up with the supply chain to ensure the timely supply and quality of product components;
l Support project management and client communication according to project requirements, and drive project progress.
Job Requirements:
l Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design & Automation or related fields;
l Over 5 years of experience in structural design, with a preference for candidates with experience in the medical device industry;
l Proficiency in English as a working language, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
l Skilled in structural design software, such as SolidWorks, Pro/E etc.;
l Familiarity with the design and manufacturing processes of plastic and metal parts, as well as knowledge of injection molding, stamping, and die casting processes;
l Strong tolerance analysis capabilities, with the ability to independently complete structural strength and stiffness analysis;
l Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to actively coordinate cross-departmental work.
