The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions that promote environmental sustainability across various systems and applications. This role involves working closely with clients and other engineers to implement energy-efficient and sustainable solutions that align with the client company’s sustainability goals. Additionally, they will provide technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and offer after-sales support to ensure optimal product performance.

As a Application Engineer, you will report to the Manager-Engineering.
Your key Responsibilities involves:-

• To work closely with the teams to design and implement sustainable technology solutions.
• To provide site survey and technical expertise related to sustainable and energy managements.
• To provide basic analyze on energy data and recommend improvement to reduce the energy consumption.
• Project management include:-

- To complete the project based on agreed timeline
- To develop the system
- To coordinate with system integrator/contractors on all site works which include of risk assessment
- Testing and commissioning of the system, implement and follow the risk control measures.
- Buy off and acceptance test

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge in panel and schematic drawing/design.
• Knowledge in Schneider Software like Energy Hub and PME
• Project management
• PLC programming

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in site supervision and management.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Controlling the cost of the materials and labour.
• Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.
• Attend site meeting, inspection, and monitoring of project progress with Main Con and Sub-cons.
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies, and federal entities to ensure successfully implementation of the project.
• To manage daily operation of the project execution.
• Solving construction problems as soundly as possible.
• Acting as the quality control and assurance to ensure that the project objectives are met.
• To ensure that project paper works are properly kept and up to date.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• Familiar with the relevant legal requirement.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board or qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer.
• At least five (5) years relevant experience including in planning the construction of vehicular structures and roads involving stage diversions.
• Self-motivated, dynamic and goal orientated candidate
• Required skill(s): MS Office, preferable candidate with AutoCad skills
• Able to start work within short period

Responsibilities:-

• Conduct QAQC daily checks
• Prepare monthly QAQC report for submission to Corporate QAQC Department
• Review drawings, raise discrepencies and resolve technical issues
• Conducting monthly QAQC Training to Sub-contractors
• Issuance of QAQC Non-compliance to sub-contractors
• Submit Method Statements / Inspection Test Plan / Material and drawings for approval
• Conduct site inspections, non conformance and folliow up status and closure of quality issues

Job Requirements:-

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural / Engineering or construction related field
• At least 3 years of building and/or civil engineering experience.
• Completed at least 1 building/civil project Technical Competencies
• Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Relevant experience in Bored piles, RC works and structural steel works.
• Relevant experience in architectural building works, ID finishing fit out works and coordination.
• Must be fully conversant with Building Control Act and Regulations.
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works.
• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the supervision of structural & architectural works.
• Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.
• Must have experience in condominium project.
• A good team player and experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers.
• Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
