Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.

2. Minimally 1 year experience in BIM Modeling work in building construction and project execution.

3. Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.

4. Experience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous.

5. Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills.

6. Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset.

• Drive for alignment and standardization across various fabs on Best-Know-Methods (BKMs)
• Develop Metrics to measure the standardization, sustainability, scalability and synchronization of the BKMs.
• Identify gaps in current programs and use SMART metrics to drive effectiveness and efficiency on program deliverables.
