About the Job:

Job Title: Automation Engineer/Senior Automation Engineer

Location: Singapore, On-Site

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for design, coding and support of DeltaV system on site.

· Partial or full ownership in development and implementation of hardware and software solutions pertaining to industrial standards.

· Design and develop system architecture, functional specifications, control strategies and supporting documents as per industry standards.

· Review the life cycle documents/deliverables for the project.

· Determine the process requirements and translate them to automation design.

Resquirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical or Bioengineering,

· Experience in Emerson DeltaV DCS or similar, ideally in Pharma industry.

· Experience in designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS or similar for pharma industry.

· Technical proficiency in determining hardware and software solutions for control systems.

· Familiarity with networking, field devices, control panel design and PLC control systems.

· Experience with design and configuration of communication protocols and interface between DeltaV DCS and other systems.

· Good understanding of S88 and cGMP standards.

· Highly skilled in design of Physical and Procedural layer in batch design.

· Ability to be a team player at all levels.

· Experience in automation roles for FAT, SAT and site commissioning.

· Knowledge of MES interface will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities :

- To develop and maintain business strategies by achieving sales target and increased market shares.

- Visits customer to drive sales pitch and product presentations

- Responsible for achieving sales revenue and profit target

- Monitors sales quotation status and forecast.

- Performs order screening and preparation for clean order processing

- Ensures proper documentation of all sales quotations in line with the ISO standards and processes.

- Participate in any ad-hoc projects as assigned by management and or sales manager from time to time

Job Requirements :

- Diploma / Degree in Engineering

- 3 years of relevant experience

- Experience in Process Instrumentation / Automation Industry

- Experience with MRO Sales an added advantage

- Independent and Team player

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiar with CRM and ERPLN
