The Assistant Human Resources/Admin Manager reports to the Senior Corporate Development Officer. He/she is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources operations of the company. The role includes managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, compliance, and HR policies. The incumbent works closely with senior leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with the organization's goals and ensure a productive, engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Reports to the Senior Corporate Development Officer
• To handle full spectrum of HR operations related to the organization design & planning, organization development, manpower planning, recruitment/selection, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, training & development, risk management.
• To maintain accurate personnel records by having a filing and retrieval system.
• To ensure compliance with all statutory regulations & company policies.
• Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
• To hear and resolve employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• To be responsible for office administrative duties.
• To prepare and enforce safety policies (Bizsafe) to establish a culture of health and safety.
• To process end-to-end payroll for Company with a headcount of around 200 including submission of monthly CPF taxes, statutory payments and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
• Prepare regular HR reports, including employee turnover, absenteeism, and other metrics. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a positive organizational culture and ensure employee engagement.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations for salary adjustments.
• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
• Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
• Support employee career development through coaching, mentoring, and skill-building initiatives.
• Manage the performance appraisal process and ensure consistent and fair assessments. Provide guidance on setting performance goals and evaluating employee achievements.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by managing administrative tasks. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure efficient office operations

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and office administration
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, particularly in office administration
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Assistant Manager/Manager to provide Sustainability advisory services to our clients. The successful candidate should demonstrate leadership skill and strong understanding of current Sustainability related regulations and best practices. The candidate will also work with the Leadership team to develop thought leaderships for emerging regulations in the areas of sustainability, service offerings and business development activities as well as delivering exceptional results to clients.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience with business development, including developing ‘go-to’ market strategies;
• Excellent project management skill, which includes presentation to C-suite;
• Experience in overall planning and executing of ESG services, which includes, amongst others:

1. Performing Sustainability maturity assessments and due diligence
2. Develop and implement Sustainability strategies for clients with best practices / requirements
3. Alignment of Sustainability Framework with overall Enterprise Governance and Risk Frameworks.
4. Defining KPIs for ESG measuring and monitoring their impacts
5. Facilitating the development of net zero or decarbonisation strategies
6. Configuration / implementation of sustainability monitoring and reporting technologies
7. Providing assurance services on reported data such as sustainability reports, greenhouse gas emissions inventories and the disclosure of climate-related financial risks

• Lead and develop resources in-line with the company and Group’s sustainability ambition;
• Developing client proposals and value proposition to elevate client’s company growth;
• Keeping abreast with global and regional sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or Professional Qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Sustainability / ESG consulting and reporting
• Knowledgeable on most of the major ESG disclosure platforms reporting frameworks including but not limited to ISSB (IFRS), CSRD (ESRS), CDP, GRI, SASB or TCFD.
• Experience in structuring, planning, and managing the execution of deliverables
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Description:

1. Services (Front of House):

• Responsible for setting-up and handling work station(s) assigned.
• Be attentive to guests’ request efficiently and effectively.
• Serve food & beverages in accordance to Restaurant and regulatory standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and work order in compliance with standards at all times
• Ensure all used plates and cutleries on the dining tables are being cleared once the guests left the restaurant.
• Possess full knowledge on food, beverages and other products & services served/provided by the Restaurant.
• Attend to guests’ queries, feedback and complaint timely & professional

2. Kitchen (Back of House):

• Responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting quality cooked safe products to our guests.
• Prepare food orders accordance to the standard recipes, portion controls and presentation specification as set by the Company.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment are well maintained at all time.
• Ensure all stocks and ingredients are restocks/sufficient.
• Adhere to all sanitation requirements including product rotation, temperature maintenance, storage procedures, cooking requirements and handling techniques

3. People Management:

• Build restaurant staffs commitment by demonstrating and reinforcing the leadership behaviours and work standards.
• Develop and follow through on restaurant staffs’ development plan to increase their loyalty and commitment, and pride with the outlet’s experience.
• Ensure all restaurant staff understand and adhere to all appropriate personnel policies, labour laws, security and safety procedures.
• Recruit, select and retain an optimum number of restaurant staffs, who are enthusiastically dedicated to guest satisfaction.
• Oversee and review performance appraisals based on defined goals and objectives for all restaurant staffs in a timely manner.
• Administer in-restaurant employees’ welfare & benefits packages, as well as payroll procedures.
• Maintain records for safety and appropriately documents contributions and performance in personal file.

4. Sales Building Management:

• Responsible for achieving monthly sales target by deploying the store marketing strategies leveraging on correct and updated data.
• Take necessary measures to ensure promotions are executed effectively to achieve/exceed the expected sales result.

5. Workplace Safety & Security:

• Ensure all security procedures (cash deposits, staggered method of opening, closing, etc.) are executed accordingly.
• Maintain all physical aspects of the restaurant, including landscaping, building, equipment, etc and ensure it is following the documented inspection and testing standards.
• Ensure all workplace safety policies procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times.
• Undertake regular practices of emergency & evacuation procedures and enforce compliance when need arises.
• Undertake risk assessments on all restaurant specific issues, where the absence of such could put employees and guests at risk.
• Undertake full investigations of workplace incidents in the restaurant promptly and act upon any rectifications or work improvements

6. Others:

Requirements:
