To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Diploma in Engineering and above

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and make presentations of prospective client’s request for proposal responses, provide webinar / conference call / in-person presentations to prospects & existing clients, and general sales support services.

The Customer Experience Manager steers the strategic planning process to secure an excellent customer experience for all customers. · Perform reconciliation of GL control balances with respective sub ledgers.
