Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or any equivalent professional qualifications

CRITICAL WORK FUNCTIONS & KEY TASKS

1.Order Fulfilment Management

• Ensure timely Order Fulfilment to ensure customers’ satisfaction and to meet OTIF.

• Ensure the development and execution of efficient logistics, transportation and warehouse services.
• Monitor service providers in adherence of service level, frequency, customer satisfaction and compliance.

• Achieve high and consistent inventory accuracy

4. People Management & Development

• Promote and support progressive people management frameworks and policies to better attract, retain and develop talent
• Lead performance management and learning & development, adopting and leveraging on Skills Frameworks and other relevant frameworks.
• Recruit, orientate, lead and guide the team, ensuring that the day-to-day duties are carried out according to standards and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Excellent leadership skills including leading projects with broad scope, cross functional nature, and an impact within and outside own department.
2. Facilitate in-depth understanding of all aspects of the business and supply chain, Operation and execution to support strategies including total delivered cost, profitability, inventory turns, service levels, technology adaptation.

As a Category Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for developing Category Strategy with respective internal partners and stakeholders. You will be conducting strategic sourcing initiatives, plan and execute negotiations using supplier and industry analysis, benchmark and cost management. Through management of the category strategy, you will also be building trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders, driving best in class, cost, supply and resilience.

Responsibilities:

Category Management & Strategic Sourcing

• Develop and implement Category Strategy
• Perform Market analysis including supplier landscape, capabilities and technology roadmaps
• Participate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal setting to improve value such as high revenue, spend reduction, purchasing efficiency, customer services and supplier management
• Recommend resource levels across procurement sourcing categories, projects and functions
• Drive sourcing requirements and supplier selection through decision matrix in support of technology development, cost reduction, performance improvement efforts and sustainability
• Facilitate co-development activities and collaboration with suppliers
• Implement processes to supervise partner satisfaction with key suppliers

Cost Management & Analysis

• Identify and evaluate category-specific savings/revenue levers
• Drive category savings/revenue and scorecard metric targets
• Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal partners
• Apply cost modeling (should-cost models, Total Cost of Ownership or other analytical techniques) to drive negotiation for assigned categories that are benchmarked and relevant to the global marketplace

Negotiation

• Lead and partner with collaborators in negotiations with suppliers for strategic sourcing events/RFQ process into bundled negotiation
• Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals, renegotiation of prices, transfers, etc
• Incorporate savings targets and contract requirements into negotiations
• Develop contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and build, negotiate, monitor and implement contracted terms and conditions to drive accountability to TCO performance commitments that transfer into beneficial business engagement

Business Partnering

• Partner with Customers to deliver Strategic Solutions for the assigned categories
• Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key partners
• Interact with Micron and Supplier executives
• Drive customer-centric approach to solving issues and representing Procurement

You are:

• Well-versed in Assembly Processes and Capital Procurement
• Experienced in a Category Management role, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industry
• Demonstrate experience in Strategic Sourcing
• Strong in Negotiation and Communication skills

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Procurement and Engineering
• Bachelor degree in Engineering with CPM/CPSN is an added advantage
• Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken.

-Monitor system performance and track usage and develop and deliver a trend analysis of system load, usage and response.

-Monitor the reachability of all connections within the network adhering to circuit restoral priorities and initiate troubleshooting to restore full network capability.

-Analyze system functions and failures to isolate and define problem areas

The Regional Clinical BD Manager is primarily responsible for strategizing, planning and executing for business growth. The job holder manages the Principal to develop new customer segments, create demands, identify opportunities, source for leads, engage the prospects, follow through and secure the deals to meet/exceed the sales targets, as well as to engage, train, service and support the customers and users on an on-going basis.

The Regional Clinical BD Manager also works closely with the Managing Director to drive and foster a culture of accountability, performance, excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Development and Sales Management

• Continually engage customers and users to understand their evolving needs and introduce new products and solutions to meet their needs.
• Lead the scanning and assessment of industry developments, competition landscape customers’ evolving needs, government initiatives and regulatory changes to identify and seek business opportunities.
• Conceptualise and decide on branding matters, marketing positioning and communications, as well as review and approve marketing materials/collaterals
• Support and facilitate the country directors and business unit managers to formulate and execute sales plans and activities
• Continually review the portfolio of solutions and products and decide on initiatives to boost sales, maintain profitability or enhance customer stickiness
• Identify, source and introduce new solutions and products that are of interest and value to customers.
• Lead the launch plans, training & competency assessment to support the roll out of new products

3. Process Efficiency and Adoption of Technology

• Provide oversight and direct the improvement of business processes and work procedures to raise productivity and efficiency
• Direct and oversee implementation of customer relationships management and process improvement projects, jointly with the local Offices
• Critically oversee cost management ensuring that resources are optimally utilised, wastages are minimised, and inventory is moving and at optimal level.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Management or Healthcare related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in commercial / clinical role with at least 3 years in a manager role
• Familiarity with the medical devices
• Leadership and managerial skills and experience
