The Research Achievements, Impact and Strategic Enhancement (RAISE) Unit is a relatively new unit that is established to develop strategies to enhance the research impact, visibility and reputation of the school institutionally, nationally and internationally. It sits within the ambit of the LKCMedicine Research Administration and Support Services Department under the Vice Dean of Research Office. • Advises on all contractual correspondence related to the project, considering commercial impact Identify, assess and manage / advise on contractual risk
• Manages contractual claims, disputes, settlements and resolution
• Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders both verbally and in written notices eg. extension-of-time (EOT) , change order, etc.
• Possesses knowledge in construction/contract law & different standard forms of contracts eg. PSSCOC, SIA, LTA, REDAS, FIDIC, NEC, etc.
• Possesses leadership skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, thinks strategically and critically, exercising judgement after consideration for all aspects.
• Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills.(Is required to work both in Corporate office and/or at project sites.)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem solving abilities, as well as keen interest and motivation in a high growth and entrepreneur environment

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and multitasking Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee various departments and ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. This role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-House Sales Department: Oversee and guide the team in generating quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and performing data entry tasks.
   Ensure that the sales team is meeting objectives and following operational procedures.
   
2. QAQC Department: Supervise and guide the team in document and certificate monitoring to ensure compliance with quality standards.
   Coordinate certification audits and maintain high standards of quality assurance.
   
3. Account Department: Review and monitor monthly accounts to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
   Ensure the timely submission of GST, CPF, and other required reports.
   
4. Warehouse Management: Supervise and manage stock in and out procedures, maintaining accurate inventory control and records.
   Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including storage, stock management, and distribution.
   
5. Import and Export Operations: Oversee the management of import and export activities, ensuring timely processing of goods.
   Coordinate with relevant parties for customs clearance, shipments, and logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to handle various tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of in-house sales, warehouse management, accounting procedures, and import/export operations.
• Proven experience in document control, certificate monitoring, and QAQC processes.
• Proficiency in generating quotations, PO/DO, and performing data entry tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to supervise and guide teams effectively.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
