CUSTOMER

• Responsible for performing Credit Appraisal of Trade Finance Accounts, Retail loans/Syndicated/Bilateral loans.
• Responsible for all Credit administration related function pertaining to trade finance advances, retail loans, Syndicated/ Bilateral loans including

This role is part of the GM Resilience program, focused on standardizing and enhancing automation for Equity Derivatives trade processing in China, with future extensions to other APAC locations. The candidate will drive systems implementation, stock migration, and governance, ensuring robust operational processing models and technical transformations for Equity Derivatives.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and prepare high-level functional specifications.
• Develop and manage project plans, delivery coordination, and governance.
• Coordinate with IT teams, front office, operations, and finance stakeholders for onboarding and capacity planning.
• Oversee test management for the front-to-finance chain.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, run program governance, and organize operational and working committees.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context.
• Basic technical analysis skills for systems interfacing, gap identification, and resolution proposals.
• Knowledge of the Trade lifecycle and Equity Derivative products.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and with stakeholders across geographies.
• Proven ability to manage projects with CXO-level stakeholders as sponsors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management.
• Exposure to Equity Derivatives trade processing systems implementation.
• Experience in front-to-back project implementation, including referential, trade booking, settlement, regulatory reporting, accounting, and group reporting chains.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years).
• Analytical ability.
• Critical thinking and proactivity.
• Ability to develop and adapt processes.
• Attention to detail and rigor.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

What you’ll find at our table:

• Oversee the full set of accounts and take responsibility for month-end closing, closely partnering with the GL shared service team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Business partnering with local business stakeholders and FP&A counterparts to solve accounting issues effectively, review our financial numbers (PnL, balance sheet and cash flow) thoroughly and highlight any significant variances/potential risk areas to the management
• Focus on continuous process improvement, drive for the adoption of best practices and operational excellence for Singapore across different teams that will have significant financial impacts
• Ensure proper documentation on the processes to strengthen internal controls
• Assist with any new systems or process implementations
• Perform internal audits and manage quarterly and year-end external audits and liaise closely with external advisors to ensure that our regulatory reporting is completed on time
• Ensure processes are compliant with group accounting policies, internal controls, tax and other statutory requirements. Identify new internal accounting controls that we should implement to mitigate the risk of non compliance
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies, audit, tax, and other statutory requirements
• Understand the company’s financial goals and offer data-driven, well informed recommendations to the Director, Finance
• Stay up to date with new accounting regulations and IFRS and update the team/ revise internal processes as necessary

Inventory Manager

JOB PURPOSE AND CONTEXT
The Manager (Inventory) responsible in managing the inventory control to ensure inventory level is optimized and inventory targets are achieved.

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Oversee inventory management; maximize stock turn through replenishment and stock transfer, as well as ensure inventory levels of product categories are controlled within the stock turn day given.
• Locate and reconcile any inventory discrepancies.
• Responsible to ensure overall cost effective and efficient methods of stock movement.
• Execute overall management direction to ensure product orders are sufficient and on time to cater for business activities.
• Constantly review and improve inventory control protocols and processes to ensure proper system is in place to support the work and to ensure adherence to supply chain inventory standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record with at least 8 years’ experience in retail supply chain management.
• At least 3 years of management experience in retail chain stores.
• Experience in WMS ERP system.
