Role Overview
As the Product Manager for the SIRI/OPERI platform, you will be at the forefront of advancing a state-of-the-art digital solution that empowers industries to evaluate and enhance their readiness for smart technologies and digital transformation. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, technical acumen, and project management expertise to oversee platform operations, drive innovation, and foster global industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Vision and RoadmapDefine and execute the long-term strategy and vision for the SIRI/OPERI platform, ensuring alignment with evolving industry needs.
   Anticipate emerging trends in smart manufacturing and integrate them into the platform's roadmap.
   
2. Platform Development and InnovationCollaborate with developers and designers to enhance the platform’s functionality and user interface.
   Identify and implement cutting-edge features to improve usability, scalability, and user engagement.
   
3. Content and Knowledge ManagementCurate a robust library of resources, case studies, and best practices related to industrial readiness and transformation.
   Ensure content is regularly updated to reflect global standards and trends.
   
4. Stakeholder Engagement and SupportEngage with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, consultants, and assessors, to understand their needs and gather feedback.
   Develop training programs, onboarding materials, and support resources for platform users.
   
5. Data Analytics and InsightsLeverage analytics tools to monitor platform performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
   Create actionable reports to guide industries in achieving transformation goals and driving economic growth.
   
6. Collaboration and Ecosystem BuildingBuild strategic partnerships with industry associations, academic institutions, and government agencies to enhance platform adoption.
   Foster collaboration with external experts to refine and expand platform capabilities.
   
7. Quality Assurance and ComplianceEnsure the platform meets the highest standards of reliability, data security, and compliance with global regulations.
   Oversee regular quality assurance processes and implement enhancements as needed.
   
8. Project and Change ManagementManage platform development projects, balancing timelines, resources, and budgets.
   Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution of updates and initiatives.
   

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, especially with digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of industry 4.0, smart technologies, and digital transformation.
• Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in data analytics and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Familiarity with building partnerships and fostering collaboration.
