Software Test Manager – 2 Years Contract - Singapore

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Test Manager to lead and drive the quality assurance processes for innovative projects. In this role, you will define and implement robust testing strategies to ensure that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Planning:
  Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for new and existing applications.
  Design test approaches, plans, cases, and scripts based on requirements and specifications.

An Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in software testing, including 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while fostering collaboration and innovation.

This is a 2 years contract to start, renewable and convertible to permanent.

• Lead the tender team to prepare tender submission for new building construction projects.
• Handle tender works and provide the directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization.
• Check tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria.
• Manage the presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
• Prepare technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board.
• At least 7 years as a Project Manager experience in tendering of new Building Construction Projects in Singapore for Mega Projects.
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, and scheduling and able to understand project implications.

Responsibilities:

Operations

Vendor Management

• Define and monitor SLAs for third-party vendors, including DCs and Last Mile providers.

Warehouse Operations

• Manage the local 3PL relationship, supervising warehouse activities to ensure safe and efficient operations, covering stock receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

Logistics and Inventory Management

The Senior Tax Consultant will play a key role within a public accounting firm in Singapore, responsible for providing professional tax and financial advisory services to corporate and individual clients.
