Key responsibilities:
- Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone as well as the look and feel of all communication.
- Create artworks for our exciting hotels and food and beverage outlets, capturing the essence of each concept and enticing guests with visually stunning designs.
- Maintain collateral for our regular happenings and events, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across print and digital materials.
- Design social-first content to support the commercial performance of the hotels and food and beverage outlets, including promotional campaigns, special offers, and events.
- Develop social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand presence and participation.
- Create and organise photography, videography and associated editing for all marketing needs.
- Create and execute social media calendar for daily content on social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage social media channels to build brand reputation and loyalty through relevant and engaging content that is brand compliant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver on a 360-degree marketing plan, contributing innovative ideas and designs to drive brand awareness and revenue.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create and execute EDM schedule.
- Review and respond to all reviews on social media, Marriott and OTA channels within 24 hours.
- Maintain and update content on Marriott and "vanity" hotel and F&B websites to ensure all communication is up-to-date and on brand.
- Coordinate events with and independently from company, and continue relationships/partnerships.
- Assess, recommend, and develop and maintain relationships with influencers, through a planned schedule of invitations to hotel inspections and hosted events.
- Respond to all emails within 24 hours regarding any marketing and influencer opportunities.
- Be up to date with online, above the line, below the line market trends and new developments.
- Actively monitor competitors' online, above the line, below the line marketing programs.
- Identify other online marketing opportunities to increase brand and hotel awareness from time to time.
- Drive traffic and conversion for the F&B dining venues website, ensuring offers are relevant to the market and produce results.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure brand standards and web audit goals are met.
- Create awareness and visibility of F&B website through Search Engine Optimization and Display Media.
- Ensure optimal utilization of Marriott digital tools and channels to maximize marketing coverage.
- Ensure hotel meets Marriott’s social media measurement goals.
Education and experience
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various media and social media.
- Expertise in social media content design, with a keen eye for trends and an understanding of what resonates with target audiences.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics, with the ability to create dynamic visual content for social media and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of brand standards and the ability to adhere to brand guidelines while infusing creativity and innovation into designs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
