• Manage facilities and office space to ensure government regulations, environmental, health and security standards are met
• Create and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure longevity of our facilities
• Provide consultation to management on energy efficiency and process optimization based on data-driven analysis
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of maintenance personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Manage and direct all central purchasing including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and stationery etc
• Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, security, grounds maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• At least Degree / Diploma in any related/relevant discipline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good leadership capability and organizational management skills
• Highly motivated, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
