Key Responsibilities

• Source and develop a network of competitive MRO suppliers to support the airline’s component repair needs
• Manage component repair orders, exchanges, and loans
• Track overall repair cycle, including shipping logistics, to achieve quick turnaround time (TAT)
• Liaise with MRO vendors on shop findings and repair workscope
• Identify component failure trends and develop corrective measures
• Pursue OEM warranty and product support commitments
• Evaluate and approve repair quotations
• Execute Power-By-Hour (PBH) and Fixed Price Package (FPP) contracts
• Monitor MRO suppliers’ performance, repair quality and shop processing time
• Optimize component inventory levels based on removal rate and repair TAT to avoid stock-out situations

Requirements

Castlery is seeking for a curious and motivated Category Management Specialist to join our Category team.

As a Category Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing and enhancing home furnishing related category plans. You will be the right-hand man to the Category Planning Manager in category assortment expansion goals, optimizing product mix, and ensuring the successful delivery of market-leading products.

You will also support cross-functional teams within Castlery to bridge the technical, design and business aspects of each product launch. This role demands a dynamic individual with expertise in category planning, product management, and comprehensive involvement in the end-to-end product development lifecycle to create a comprehensive and relevant product assortment for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• You will execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the overall category strategy to drive the expansion of product category.
• You will collaborate with the category merchandising team to identify and capture emerging opportunities within the market. Stay abreast of market trends, customer needs, and industry innovations to provide valuable insights contributing to the overall category strategy.
• You will manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring alignment with design visions, quality standards, production requirements and market demands.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute category plans and align with overall product roadmaps. Ensure products are launched on time through close collaboration with category merchandising, product design, buying and quality teams.

Duties of the above includes, inter alia, the following tasks:

• To support and assist on general administration of all building trade, site staff relating to rostering of duties, discipline, control of performance standards and staff welfare.
• Conduct regular inspections of all common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade etc.
• Creating and maintaining good rapport with residents/ council members and responding to feedback through various platform such as messenger, email and/ or other digital platform.
• To review the overall operation of the management office and recommend for improvement from time to time.
• Attending to all emergency situations.
• Constantly check the entire development to ensure prompt removal of all fire hazards, proper functioning of fire escapes, fire doors and obstruction-free access.
• Submit recommendations where appropriate, on residents’ renovation permits.
• Preparation, conducting of Sub-Committee Meeting and preparation of minutes. To assist in Council Meeting and General Meeting and provide 1st draft of minutes.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Skills & Experience required:

• Degree/ Diploma in a property related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role in residential Property Management .
• Strong attention to detail, and a responsive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and to lead a team.
• Able to commit to 5.5 days.
