The Global Centre for Asian Women’s Health (GloW) aims to build a global research platform for transdisciplinary endeavours to address major health concerns over a woman's lifespan and across generations. Through its main hub in Singapore, the Centre will engage in multi-disciplinary research to promote women’s health, including a series of diet and lifestyle intervention studies.

Purpose of the role

The project coordinator/manager will play a key role in dietary intervention studies by actively managing and coordinating diet and lifestyle intervention studies in GloW. Responsibilities include performing administrative duties to ensure the studies’ success and compliance. Job Title: HR Enterprise Application Manager (Oracle)

Our Client: Our client is a global MNC in the semiconductor industry.

The Responsibilities

• Lead and Provide in-house IT Technical support with a focus on Oracle and related systems for HR modules
• Oversee integration with external systems where required
• Responsible for working on the implementation, rollout of projects in support of HR systems
• Support the updates and implementation of HR Modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and perform regular assessments to refine the system design
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve issues and improve system efficiency
• Lead and develop a diverse technical team capable of delivering products and services

The Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (Bachelor's degree at the minimum) and 12 to 15 years of work experience in the fund management or finance industry
• Established strong relationship and proven fundraising track record with Pan Asia Insurance companies or more broadly, Institutional clients in South and Southeast Asia
• Strong leadership quality and the ability to work in a team-based environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to interact with global stakeholders, senior management and team members effectively
• Candidate needs to have intellectual curiosity and the drive for commercial success
• Highly self-motivated team player with a strong analytical mindset and resilient temperament
• Knowledge of investment products across all major asset classes (equities, fixed income, money markets and alternatives) will be a plus
