Position Overview:Based in Singapore, our Marketing Management Trainee will be a vital part of our marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role is designed for recent graduates looking to make an impact in KOL management, social media operations, consumer research, and the execution of new product launch events. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our dynamic team. Regular travel within the region is required.

Key Responsibilities:
KOL Management:
Support in managing partnerships and coordinating KOL endorsements.
Assist in creating marketing campaigns featuring KOLs.
Social Media Operations:
Help drive social media strategies to increase brand engagement.
Support in producing content and tracking performance metrics.
Consumer Research:
Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior and preferences.

Work Environment:
Based in Singapore with frequent travel to Southeast Asia locations.

Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, including up-selling. Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets, gift certificates). Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points. Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking guest reservations. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing).
