This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift, dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.). The Core Custody Product team focuses on developing custody products for the Custody business lines, bother Hub and Domestic. The Core Custody Product team are seeking a strong Product Development leader in the APAC region who can work within the asset servicing team ensuring it meets its goals of supporting both custody businesses by focusing on the development of Asset Servicing capabilities globally.

Responsibilities:

• Help drive the Core Custody Asset Servicing team to ensure it meets its goals as agreed with the Custody business

• Work closely with global asset servicing re platforming project team to ensure platform is developed and rolled out in line with business requirements
