• Office and Training Administration
  • Registration and enrollment : Managing the process of enrolling staff in the training courses as per training schedule and tracking their progress. Collaborate with all stakeholders and ensure sufficient participants for the training to be held as planned.
  • Classroom Set Up : Ensure appropriate classroom set-up for the training programs.
  • Resource Allocation : Allocate resources such as training rooms, training materials, aids etc. for the training programs.
  • Training Inventory: Ensure sufficient and appropriate training materials are accounted for and purchased in a timely manner.
  • Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of the training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement metrics
  • Documentation: Keep records of training attendance, completion, and any certifications or credentials obtained
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze training outcomes and feedback to make improvements to the training on an on-going basis with trainers
  • Compliance : Maintain repositories for training programs, licenses and permits, risk register to meet legal and regulatory requirements, not limiting to ISO & HCSA Requirements

SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Internal and external audits, including but not limited to licensing, certification and accreditation.
  • Perform secretariat roles for assigned committees.
  • Perform planned activities such as Quality week events, Reward & Recognition etc
  • Handle correspondences and coordinate meetings
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma level preferably with ability to type & computer literate
• At least 3 years working experience
• Must be conversant in computer program such as Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Key duties

• Reviews patients periodically to assess their progress and to ensure that high quality care has been provided and to ascertain patients’ needs for additional care / services
• Provides supervisory consultation and support to her staff
• Attends meeting and participates in committees as assigned
• Audits staff regularly to keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) of the department and ensure conformity. To help with review KPIs periodically and if necessary to set new KPIs to improve nursing standards.
• Assist in managing the ward roster ensuring that there is an adequate staff on duty at all times.
• Takes corrective and preventive actions where necessary to eliminate or minimize the cause of existing or potential critical quality problems identified.
• Audits patients’ case notes and nursing documentation to ensure that records are up to date and in line with the legal requirements for documentation.
• Implements and monitors infection control practices and procedures and ensures that the staff understands and follows these policies and procedures strictly.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing with at least 6 years of experience in clinical and supervisory role
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary ward
• Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
• Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board

Job Descriptions:

1. Deliver Meal Service to patients, attend to and assist with food related concerns and queries of patients.
2. Take the patients’ meal orders using the Electronic Meal Ordering System (eMOS).
3. Perform duty as a Service Ambassador to meet requests and attend to the hospitality needs patients.
4. Ensure accuracy of every patient’s meal orders, preference, restrictions, special requests and food allergies are properly recorded in the eMOS.
5. Clear soiled meal trays from patient rooms at the given time.
6. Attend to wards and patient’s food related issues, complaints and feedbacks. Coordinate with the Kitchen staff for follow up action and service recovery.
7. Undertake any duties as assigned by Superior.
8. Comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and NEA regulations governing leanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

• At least a Secondary Education in any discipline
• Preferably with Basic Food Hygiene cert will be an advantage
• Service oriented and good communication skills
• Experience in healthcare, hotel, food & beverage, hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Able to work on 12-hour shifts, weekends and public holidays
